- We accept returns of all our merchandise within 30 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider)
- If you would like a refund after 24 hours you will receive a full refund in 7-10 business days on your card. For orders placed after the 24 hour grace period we will review on a case by case basis as each dress produced is made-to-order
- You may be eligible for a 50% cash back refund as each garment is based on your measurements and customisation or it can be reimbursed as 60% store credit
- Once we confirm we received the return, allow up to 30 business days for refunds to be credited back on the card purchased
- If there's any issue related to the purchased garments regarding size, quality or fabrication, please contact our Customer Service Team within 10 days after receiving your order for assistance customersupport@jointhecovn.com
- Covn will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition with the tags still on and the vents fully stitched. Covn has the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged Covn will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way

Note: We do not have free return shipping. Any customs fees and duties levied are non-refundable.
